Signing Up for Your Mailbox

Subscribe to the Plan that better fits your needs and start enjoying your Mailbox in just few steps. You will receive all the information to complete the setup of your mailbox right away. Once completed accordingly, we will assign your box number and activated your mailbox

Packages and Parcels of All Sizes

We accept carrier deliveries by FedEx, UPS, DHL, the U.S. Postal Service and all others. Packages and parcels of all sizes and weights* will be accepted for delivery at your private mailbox address. We also can sign for certified and registered items.

Multiple Names

You can have as many Individual Names and Business Names as you need in your Mailbox. Just let us know the name or names in which the mail will be received and we take care of the rest.†

Holding, Merging and Forwarding

We can keep your mail, we can merge it with multiple packages and forward it anywhere you need it. We are an authorized shipper for the major domestic and international carriers, UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS and many more.‡

You can also swap the symbol # for the word Suite, Unit, Mailbox, PMB, etc. according to your preference.§

Mail Arrival Notification and Call-in Mail Check

You will received and e-mail from us every time you received a package or parcel in your Mailbox. Your are also free to contact us if you want to know if you have mail or package in your Mailbox.

Hours of Operation

You can come in to our Store anytime during our business hours. We are open from Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. If you need to access your mail outside our business hours, please let us know in advance and we will arrange accordingly.

A Real Street Address

You get a real street address, not a P.O. Box number. Great way to protect your privacy. Some curriers do not deliver to P.O Boxes. And if you're a business owner, it provides a professional image for your business, and offers a convenient way to establish presence in another city.

Regulations

In compliance with the US Postal Service, You will need to agree to the Mailbox Rental Agreement and the USPS 1583 form, both will be provided. We will also need the 2 types of identification, one must contain a photograph of the applicant, and the name in which the mail will be received. If it is a Business or Businesses, then the name of these businesses.

Privacy Act Statement

Your information will be used to authorize the delivery of your mail to the designated addressee as your agent. Collection is authorized by 39 USC 401, 403, and 404. Providing the information is voluntary, but if not provided, we cannot provide this service to you. We do not disclose your information without your consent to third parties, except for the following limited circumstances: to a congressional office on your behalf; to financial entities regarding financial transaction issues; to a USPS auditor; to entities, including law enforcement, as required by law or in legal proceedings; to contractors and other entities aiding us to fulfill this service; and for the purpose of identifying an address as an address of an agent who receives mail on behalf of other persons. Information concerning an individual who has filed an appropriate protective court order with the postmaster will not be disclosed except pursuant to court order.
